Carbium RPC pricing and plans

Yes. Free includes 500K credits per month and 10 RPS; Developer includes 10M credits and 50 RPS; Business includes 100M credits and 200 RPS; Professional includes 200M credits and 500 RPS. Credits measure total monthly usage, while RPS measures short-term request capacity. If you see 429 Too Many Requests during normal traffic, review burst behavior and plan headroom before launch.

Business and Professional include gRPC access. If your production architecture depends on transaction streaming, stream consumers, or bot-style workloads, Business is the first public tier to evaluate.

Start with Free for testing and proof-of-concept work. Developer is the first public tier intended for an early production backend with standard JSON-RPC usage. Choose based on both monthly credits and the request bursts your application needs to handle.

Credits are your total monthly usage budget. RPS is the maximum request capacity available at one time. Both limits matter: a workload can stay below its RPS cap but consume its monthly credits over time, or have credits available but hit RPS limits during bursts.

Choose Business when you need gRPC or production headroom for shared team traffic, trading systems, or stream consumers. Choose Professional when higher throughput and multi-service production workloads are normal rather than occasional.

Credits are your usage budget for the month. When a workload uses them up, reduce usage or move to a larger plan. The Usage dashboard shows which methods consume the most, which is the first place to look before upgrading.

A 403 is a plan restriction. gRPC streaming starts on Business, so a Free or Developer key needs an upgrade before it can stream. A 401 means the key is missing or invalid, and a 429 means requests arrived faster than your plan allows.

Free includes 1 API key and 1 webhook, Developer 5 keys and 5 webhooks, Business 10 keys and 10 webhooks, and Professional 15 keys and 50 webhooks. One key works for both JSON-RPC and the gRPC stream.

Yes. Enterprise adds custom rate limits, volume pricing and direct access to the engineering team for teams that outgrow Professional. It is priced on request.

Log in and choose Upgrade in the site header. It lists the same four plans, so you can move to a larger one when credits or request bursts run short.
